ADNAN KHAN
My name is Adnan Khan, the founder of Quarters. I have worked and studied within the fitness industry for over 10 years. My background within coaching has allowed me to understand the principles of coaching, human behaviours, habits and one of the most important motivational techniques. Having studied 'The Science Of Sports Coaching' at University, I have worked with children and adults of all levels and ages from individuals who have never stepped foot in a gym all the way to your professional athletes who have trained all their lives.

I'm also a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach. I have been working with individuals on a one to one basis for over 5 years whilst working very closely with an elite level Boxing Club, preparing fighters for competitions.
